Bike and helmet for kids
We will be providing free bike and safety helmet for kids those who need. Kids must be age of 0-18 years old. Please fill up the information on the provided form below. If you have more than one kids at household, please fill up a this form for each kid. Limited quantity of bikes are available so receivers will be selected based upon priority, need and qualified basis.
