TEC नेपाली समाज को आयोजनामा खाना बितरण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न

Oct 22, 2022: हिन्दु हरुको महान चाड दशै तथा तिहारको अबसर पारेर TEC Nepalese society ले उक्त संस्थाको सदस्यहरुबाट ईच्छा अनुसार को रकम संकलन गरि एकमुष्ट रूपमा बिभिन्न खानाहरु खरिद गरि मेरिल्याण्द मा रहेको charitable organization Maryland Food Bank संग समन्वय गरि बिभिन्न गरिब तथा आवश्यक क्षेत्रमा खाना बितरण गर्न सहजिकरण गरेको छ। Maryland Food Bank ले यहाँ रहेका अन्य करिब 1700 Nonprofit संस्था हरुसंग साझेदारी गरि अति आवस्यक रहेका स्थानहरु, चर्च, schools  वृद्आश्रम, Homeless shelter लगायतका स्थानहरूमा बितरण हुने गरेको उक्त food Bank शाखा का senior manager Douglas Vitro ले TEC Nepalese प्रतिनिधी हरू सॅग खाना हस्तान्तरण कार्यक्रम मा बताउनुभयो। ऊहाँले संस्थाको तर्फबाट यस्तो मानविय कार्यक्रम संचालन गरि partnership शुरु गरेकोमा आयोजक संस्था तथा सम्पूर्ण मनकारी दाता हरुलाई धन्यवाद प्रदान गर्नुभयो र आगामी दिनहरुमा यस्ता कार्यक्रम गरी partnership बलियो बनाउने बिश्वास व्यक्त गर्नुभयो। उक्त खाना हस्तान्तरण कार्यक्रममा Tec Nepalese society का तर्फवाट सम्भब श्रेष्ठ , ज्ञानेन्द्र श्रेष्ठ,  कमला भुषाल, नबिन भट्टाई  र केशब ढकालको अपस्थिति थियो । यस TEC संस्था का  वरिष्ट ऊपाध्यक्ष शान्ता गौतमले सहयोग गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण दाता/सदस्यहरूलाई धन्यवाद दिदै आगामी दिनमा यस्तै तरिकाले local र state लेबलका संस्थाहरुसंग समन्वय गर्दै TEC लाई  माथि लैजाने भुमिका खेल्ने अपेक्षा राख्नुभयो। ऊक्त कार्यक्रम को लागि जम्मा $707. 00 उठेको र करिब 500lb  खाना खरिदमा जम्मा $511.00 खर्च र $ 196.00 वचत भएको कोषाध्यक्ष ज्ञानेन्द्र श्रेष्ठले जानकारी दिनुभयो। यस्तैगरी उक्त बचत रकम आगामी दिनहरुमा यस्तै attractive कार्यमा खर्च गरिने अध्यक्ष  धर्म वेलवासे ले जानकारि गराउनुभयो।

Food Distribution Program Organized by TEC Nepalese Society Successfully Completed!

On the occasion of Dashain and Tihar, the great festival of Hindus, TEC Nepalese Society collected funds according to the wishes of the members of the organization and bought various foods in bulk and coordinated with the charitable organization Maryland Food Bank in the state of Maryland to distribute food to various needy family, non-profit organization and schools.  The senior manager of MD Food Bank stated the Maryland food bank has been partnered with other about 1700 non-profit organizations here in the country and distributes to places where there is greater need of foods (such as churches, schools, red-cross, and homeless shelters.  The manager of MD Food Bank expressed appreciation to the TEC for organizing this very helpful partnership event and he thanked all the TEC Nepali community members for generous donors to conducting such a charitable program on behalf of his foundation and expressed his hope to strengthen the partnership by conducting such programs in the coming days.  Sambhav Shrestha, Gyanendra Shrestha, Kamala Bhushal, Nabin Bhattai and Keshab Dhakal were present in the food distribution program from TEC  Nepalese society.  Shanta Gautam, the Senior Vice President of this TEC organization, thanked all the donors/members for their support and wishes to pro-actively take part in various charitable work by coordinating with local and state organizations in the future. The TEC treasurer Mr. Gyanendra stated that total $707 was raised for this particular event and total of $511.00 was spent and $196.00 was saved in the purchase of about 500 pounds of food. The president of the TEC, Mr. Dharma  Belbase convey the message to all youth around the community and stated that the saved donations will be using for great cause which will help TEC community to boost partnership within Maryland that would help to bring our youth attention to involved for the future.
